The location of Allison House 16 was quite confusing, as there is another Allison House across the road. The front desk services are extremely limited, with no staff available during the night, making potential emergencies problematic. the bathroom sink was absurdly small, making basic tasks like filling a kettle quite challenging.

The spacious room was beautifully maintained, featuring a comfortable bed and a delightful ensuite bathroom. Rhona and Brian's warm hospitality made me feel welcomed, while the breakfast offered a delightful variety, from fresh fruit to a delicious full Scottish breakfast.

allison house is a cozy spot for two. the room is very clean, and the comfy bed made my stay delightful. it's right by a bus stop, making it easy to explore. the free early check-in was fantastic, and i loved having instant coffee and cookies each morning.
